I asked the intake gal to send their best tile tech and she sure did! We were lucky to get Ali!! He busted his butt in our house! I never thought the stone tile floors could get clean again but Ali proved me wrong! He did such an amazing job I even had him stay longer and do our carpets that same day. Ali is so pleasant and polite and such a hard worker!! I’ll definitely be calling him for future floor cleaning needs! I’m attaching the after picture of the stone tile floors… I wish I had a before but just imagine the grout lines were black!! 🤮

Well, I was originally scheduled for yesterday for them to come out and clean my carpet and I forgot to put them in my calendar. They arrived before or on time and sent me a text as I was already occupied away from my home and I was able to text them back and explain to them how sorry I was that I forget and could I reschedule. They were so nice and rescheduled me as soon as the next day. When Ali arrived, He was the perfect gentleman this young man was very professional, efficient, personable, caring and every other kind word you could think of. My children always say I talk too much and I hold people up from doing their job when they come into my home but this young man was like family he was very easy to talk to. We had so much to talk about and he was still able to perform his job in a timely manner. The service Ali provided was above my expectations. I would definitely recommend Stanley Steemer to any and everybody that I know who wants to have their carpets cleaned and if they live in this area I would definitely recommend Ali. The technician Monet was very professional, was mindful of wearing a mask. She was a huge hit with my two nephews, 2, and 5, they kept asking her questions and she happily responded. She explained everything she was doing. She was quick, efficient, and friendly. I can’t say enough positive things about her. I will definitely be requesting her when I use Stanley Steamer in the future. My furniture looks great and pet hair free, and smells fresh. Great person!!! Yes, they were upfront with what to expect and the pricing.
