From the moment I moved into this complex when it was first built, I have gotten nothing but genuine care and respect. Without having any sort of issues, Rachel, Linda, and Rachelle remember who you and your family are. You are always greeted with the warmest of greetings and most sincere of smiles. The apartments are beautiful and maintenance is unmatched. When you put in a maintenance order, Abel and Trevor are there quickly and complete whatever the order is efficiently. I have yet to wait more than 24 hours for an order to be completed from the time I put it in until the time it was completed and I’ve put in a few due to kids haha. The apartments themselves are spacious and leaves the ability for creative decorating to truly make it home. Overall, the Madison Way Apartments are by far the best apartments I have ever had the pleasure of calling my home!!!
I had been living at Madison Way for almost a year on January 13th. I am new to the area and had just moved to Washington from The Kansas City Area a year ago. With that being said, out of The Madison Way staff I think Linda is a valuable employee whom is very friendly, welcoming, seems dedicated to her work, she would go above and beyond to help and always smiles. I think Linda deserves a bonus. Overall, I am satisfied with my experience here so far. This is a nice property in a good location.
Rachel went over and beyond. I appreciate her professionalism 😊
The apartments are brand new and super specious! Never needed much maintenance, and when needed they usually fixed rather fast. Parking is usually very easy to find. During the 3 years I lived there I had a good experience in general and with staff as well. The water pressure on the 4th floor is a little weak but to me is a small price to pay for vaulted ceilings.
The only negative thing was that sometimes the neighbors were loud on the smoke area and the garbage pilled up over the weekends. They did address that and cleaned everything every beginning of the week, but my advice is: never try to through your garbage during the weekends, is always FULL and has rats there too.
Definitely not a bad place, even if it wasn’t affordable housing, the apartment is great!!!
They have very friendly and great customer service for being a low income building. Linda was very friendly and very punctual at getting back to me and letting me know what was needed from me to get the process going and keep it going smoothly to get me in the place. People have to realize that dealing with a low income place takes longer then a normal apartment and that they are much friendlier to deal with then others I have dealt with in the past.
