There's also an off-leash dog park, skate park, sports fields, a large covered picnic area, tennis courts, and a decent playground. If you like photography like me, take a stroll on a sunny day in the early morning or near sunset when the sun casts through the trees and brings out the green of the moss in the bark. Beautiful!”

“This is a great place to take out your paddle board! There were quite a few people when we came on a Sunday, but it's better than the swimming spot. I highly recommend you come out to Martha lake if your are looking for a good swim spot. You can bring small children, although the parking isn't great. overall a perfect place to spend your afternoon.”

“I love that they preserved the Gold Park!! It was a little heard to find but so worth it when we found it! The cages were so sad to see but luckily no animals in there anymore. It was nice to be able to envision what the Gold Park was like. The area was clean and nice to walk around. Love it!!”

“A nicely maintained trail, there's an outhouse about a mile in. After that, it's switchbacks for another mile until you get to the top of Coyote Ridge. There you'll have a lovely view to the west of a valley, more foothills and the Rocky Mountains beyond. A pleasant couple of hours if you can do the hill climbing.”
