Im a property manager at a storage facility of over 400 units, and Zach has been our pest control guy for a year. He’s done an excellent job at taking care of our property, and doing very good preventative work. He’s on top of any issues that arise or may be coming as the seasons change. Zach always communicates well, leaving us with a clear understanding of what needs to be done with more than enough time to make an informed decision.
