“As a Medical Provider I want to say that Dr. Eslame is the absolute most wonderful and knowledgeable Optometrist I have had the luck to have met. He is thorough, caring and oh so knowledgeable. He does a very good job of examining and referring out any problems that his patients may be experiencing.....he has been a wonderful healthcare provider....we will only see him as we feel confident with his expertise and advise. HOWEVER, unfortunately the staff at his office is not so conscientious. When you schedule an appointment, my advice to you would be to get the name of the person making the appointment. I made an appointment for my husband, he had to arrange his schedule, take sick leave time , leave work early and when he arrived they didn't have any record of his appointment. He had to sit on a chair in the hallway (due to covid) and wait to see IF they could fit him in.....inspite of his having a scheduled appointment. The staff tried to place the blame on us for not making an appointment. WE DID MAKE AN APPOINTMENT ONE WEEK PRIOR so we could ensure to see Dr. Eslam.....he is our normal provider. The staff tried their best to convince me that it was my scheduling mistake....until I got a little forceful with them. My husband was finally seen...thanks to Dr. Eslam but he wouldn't have had to use valuable sick-leave time for the appointment as he was not seen until at more than an hour after his scheduled appointment. FINALLY.....GET THE NAME OF THE PERSON MAKING YOUR APPOINTMENT! SO YOU CAN PIN-POINT WHERE YOUR APPOINTMENT WAS NOT SCHEDULED PROPERLY.”
