Frankie at Vitality Living was a total godsend for me and my parents during our search for an assisted living community. The grounds are amazing. It’s an easy hop off of the Suncoast parkway conveniently located near anything one might need but set back away from all the hubbub on a gorgeous 20 acre property.. The residents there are full of life and the staff are wonderful. I highly recommend!
Frankie gave us a tour & I must say that he was absolutely fantastic. He was so informative & personable. The facility is beautiful & the residents made my mom feel welcome. I can't wait to move my mom in!!!
It took a lot to get my Dad to agree to go into the assisted living. Right up front he was invited for a luncheon and a tour. He met some fellow military guys, upon returning home he started packing his bags. Once at Vitality he loved all the staff and loved the food there too. There was a welcoming committee upon his arrival. Vitality Staff was awesome!!, Kimberly the Executive Director, was always attentive to any concerns or needs, Tracey was very helpful and was a point of contact when Dad first arrived. Between her and Kimberly things went very smoothly when he first arrived. It was a blessing because I live in another state. They also were able to recommend a mover for me. It was a flawless move in experience. Once there it was apparent that the entire staff cared about my Dad and my Dad loved it.
Dad use to call everyday and report the great meals he had in the dining area. Dad loved going out on trips with the transportation people and he loved the entertainment they had at the facility from time to time.
When my Dad began to decline, my calls and interactions with the staff became frequent. Kimberly, Chelsea the night nurse and Robert the head nurse at Vitality were wonderful and I could tell they truly cared about my Dad and I knew he was in good hands. I can't forget Alice at the front desk whom Dad would talk to everyday. Probably talked her ear off, she too was very helpful whenever I would call in. Mario in transportation and Phoebe who came before Mario, were instrumental in getting my Dad to and from appointments and were very kind when I had to give them last minute changes.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone's family member needing to transition to an assisted living facility.
Again, my experience was a wonderful one, even when Dad got sick, they made things much easier to handle. Thank you Vitality Staff for making my Dad's days happy and pleasant. Also thank you all for your kindness and patience whenever I had to navigate a difficult situation. Photo was the day my Dad has his tour and luncheon prior to moving in. Look at the smile on his face.
It's an Albertsons. A rather nicely done one. It does have an excellent mini Starbucks. Service in this store all round was incredible. Maybe I hit it on a good day, but I'll definitely be back.
Atria Evergreen Woods Assisted Living Facility in Spring Hill, FL has been a wonderful home for my Mom. The caregivers are personable and attentive, the rooms are spacious, and the food is amazing with lots of choices and variety. My Mom looks younger and feels better because she’s eating fresh healthy food, and not trying to keep up with the daily management of a house. It’s a wonderful place, and I’m thrilled that Mom is being taken care of so well.
Clean, well-lit and we'll laid out. And no one got upset when I went the wrong way down an aisle. 😉
All ok.
You can see they are adopting Safeway‘s influence, as self check out is new. Typically a good place if you know what you need, but might be hard to find help if you need it.
A place for food.
I have the privilege of work with a very caring and compassionate team here at Atria. The employees and the residents are so friendly and kind. This is one of the biggest reasons people choose to work and live at our community - "people are so friendly".
