I was looking for a new primary care provider and had a great experience during my first appointment at The Everett Clinic in Thomas Lake! The facilities are very nice and new and I was seen for my appointment right on time. I also had a great experience with the medical provider I saw and liked that I was able to get my lab work done immediately on-site.

2022 update: of course wait times are going to be longer when the doctor actually cares about you as a person. I would trust my PCP with my life. Everyone here is very friendly and understanding. I much prefer going here over Mill Creek

Get ready for walk in waiting times, even if you have an appointment! While all the doctors here are absolutely wonderful, the Clinic has a policy where, if the doctor isn't currently with a patient, they have to take a walk in. If I didnt want to see my primary care doctor I'd be better off skipping the appointment they're an hour late for and just being a walk in myself.
Tldr; doctors, nurses, and staff are all 5/5. But this policy and the lack of parking really blows.

I’ve been privileged enough to have access to routine medical care for my entire life. From Evergreen Healthcare (WA) to Kaiser Permanente (CA) to Planned Parenthood (uninsured in NY) and now The Everett Clinic.

We started at TEC in Mill Creek in 2010 when we established a pediatrician for my soon-to-be-born kiddo (now 11). That’s also when I made them my PCP.

We have used them for annual WCC since birth, allergy testing, and general screening. We’ve gone to urgent care a handful of times as well. They are also the place we take the family for annual flu shot clinics.

I have been impressed with the attentiveness to details during examinations (my child’s pediatrician noticed some issues that required us to connect with Seattle Children’s) and the general rapport we’ve established over the years. My kiddo isn’t shy, but as a newly minted tween it’s been great having a team to work with who are thorough and respectful.

As for myself, I’ve used mammography, US, audiology, dermatology, and ENT. Being connected to MYChart has made getting information timely, as I often get test results in the evenings or weekends as they come in.

Have there been hiccups with scheduling? Sure, from time to time. It was pronounced as Covid emerged. But frustrations were shared by clinic staff as well since we were all muddling through. Early on, I experienced some blips in record consistency across service departments, but kept circling back to make sure my records and my kiddos records were accurate everywhere.

I don’t feel like I have ever been dismissed or treated rudely. In fact, I have always felt like I am working in partnership. I am a persistent person who does a lot of follow up and ‘checking’ so that likely contributes to the positive nature of my experience.

Like I said, I have had the privilege of consistent access to routine medical care my entire life. I cannot speak to the experiences of those who don’t have English as their first language or have historical reason to mistrust organized medicine. And I do know people who would NOT agree that their experience was like mine.

I can only reflect on my own experiences as a white, college educated, English speaker who has been raised to see access to routine medical care as a non-negotiable priority.

A fantastic degree of professionalism and genuine empathy have been consistently exhibited at this clinic. As a transgender patient, it is both refreshing and affirming to met with a staff that is already informed and prepared to offer the appropriate care and treatment without needing to examine and be educated. My family members report similarly positive experiences. I can not recommend highly enough.

I have been a patient of Everett Clinic for 25 years or so. My GP retired about five years ago and I've seen a few through family practice at different locations since, but found the doctor I want to stay with at this location.

Dr James Fasciano was attentive and pleasant to speak with. This is a newer location, so I was able to get an appointment quickly. Further, he spent nearly an hour with me listening to all my concerns and addressing them clearly. I'm sure when they have more patients this may not always be the case, but as they build a client base, now is the time to go! With the time spent, I feel Dr Faciano knows me now and my medical needs.

His medical assistant was delightful. Truly, every person I interacted with was exactly what I want in a medical provider. Very pleased, which is strange considering not every Everett Clinic experience has been a positive one at other locations. Beautiful new building, hope to see this location thrive!
