Vets, vet techs and reception are all so friendly and professional! My Puggle has had two appointments during the pandemic (one wellness + vaccines and one for teeth cleaning/dental exam). The check-in and check-out from my car were very quick and efficient, all my questions were answered by the tech and vet & everyone on staff was taking human and pet health very seriously and thoughtfully (properly masked up, social distancing by having the techs retrieve and bring out pets during appointments with a closed lobby-very safe and smart!) Hightly recommend Petcare!

Our dog has been a constant customer of Petcare Mill Creek for the last 7-8 years. We've taken him in for general wellness checks and to get his shots. We needed additional surgery for Chuck and they gave us some excellent referrals. We take our dog in for nail trims and they are fast and he likes the staff (this from a dog who is very picky with people he likes).

Wonderful, loving, knowledgeable staff. Just be aware you may need to schedule ahead. Average vet office practice in US has increased by 300 or 400 patients during the pandemic!

The customer service at this clinic is amazing, and they make you feel very special and unique. recently we had to request a last min same day appointment and the office was able to accommodate us within a few hours.
Also while the hospital the entire staff was genuinely caring and the doctor himself came out to the curbside to explain the details to us in person.
Overall a great place to have your pets taken care of. highly recommend

Love this place! My pets love this place. Every member of this staff is professional and very caring! Would highly recommend! Especially Dr. Batterman! She always goes the extra mile for my fur babies. But I have liked every Doc I have seen here. Very reasonably priced as well.
