I don’t even know where to start with my husband’s case. Long story short my husband had been bullied by his ex-wife for 10 years (we couldn’t afford representation). He paid $650/month in child support for one child and his ex made it next to impossible for him to see or to have any sort of a relationship with the child. A little over a year ago my husbands ex wife filed a petition to amend the support order in hopes of getting awarded a $30,000 and a $2000 judgment against my husband. She had assumed we wouldn’t retain an attorney and didn’t submit supporting documentation with her petition (which made her look like a fool). Tresa represented me for several years in a nasty child custody battle that was an endless barrage of court motions being filed by the other party.
