Amsberry's Painting

The entire process from quote to quality inspection was outstanding. When contacted, the team from Amsberry's came out to my house to review the proposed paint job and provide an estimate. In addition to the estimate, they made several recommendations on how to improve the project without significantly increasing the cost of the job. At the end of the project, the amount I paid was the amount they quoted. The team did an excellent job communicating the plan to pressure wash, prep and paint the exterior of our house. Once done, they sent a team member over to look at the job to ensure that it met our expectations, which it did. The team at Amsberry's Painting provided exceptional service and they are the team to call if you need to tackle a painting project. I will be using them again if I have a painting project in the future.

I reached out to Amsberry's expecting their price to be on the high side but knowing they were a quality company. But to my surprise, of the four bids I got, their pricing was the best. So I went with Amsberry's.

I was very impressed by their professionalism from the start. The estimator was courteous and professional, and clearly laid out the key details of the project as they would propose it. They were the only company to send me a detailed estimate, and that gave me comfort.

When it was time to do the project (we had to wait for weather reasons) it was done quickly and professionally. The crew working on my house had excellent attention to detail and did a nearly perfect job. It was a total transformation; better than I expected.

Once they were finished, Amsberry's sent out a project manager to walk the job with me and *she* identified problems she wanted fixed - things I hadn't noticed. And to top it off, there was a little overspray on the walkway leading to my house. She Went to her van, grabbed a bucket and a scrub brush, got down on her knees and cleaned up the mess right then and there. I was blown away that she took the initiative to do it right then!

My house looks absolutely fantastic, and that is all thanks to Amsberry's. I expected this company, which I believe to be the largest local painting contractor, to be good. They exceeded my expectations. I am quite pleased with my decision to go with Amsberry's, and absolutely will recommend them to friends and family.

I had a great experience with Amsberry Painting. From the first engagement during the estimation process they were very responsive and thorough. I made a couple plan adjustments after the fact, and they worked with me making it painless. The team they had come do the prep and painting were very professional and ensured I was aware of any issues with my home and helped me make the right decisions. I appreciate people working on my property who keep me informed and ask questions as things come up. I definitely recommend them and would use them again for future projects.

The employees were amazing. They kept me in the loop during the entire project. The day the service was to be done, they were not able to show up when they said. They communicated this with me, and brought extra people in to get the job done. We were on a time constraint, but they got the job done when they said. The checked in with me constantly to make sure things were going well. I was very impressed with the quality of the job and the customer service. I will definitely be using Amsberry's for all my future painting needs.
