This is our fourth house deal with Karim - we've bought and sold and moved twice and Karim made it all happen and helped with every step. We know from experience that not all agents are like this and we're so glad we found him. His knowledge and approach and instincts are what you want on your side and he's a family friend now.

We have successfully been purchasing Real Estate, both rentals and primary residences for about 40 years.
Being transferred out of the Seattle area, we sold our primary residence via a private contact, which unfortunately flipped and required us to sell the house “all over” again.
Being out of State, having to deal with tenants who stopped paying and forcing us to instigate an eviction, complicated by and taking twice as long due to Inslee’s covid eviction moratoriums, the property being trashed by the tenants and requiring TWO 40 cubic yard dumpsters to haul away all the garbage they left behind – being able to work with Karim and his Team at Equity Reality was a Godsend!
In addition to the “normal” realtor duties we expect from a competent Realtor, not only did Karim go above and beyond and sourced the services needed to get the house ready to go on the market, he actively reached out to his clientele base to let them know something new and interesting was coming to the market.
All of this led to a quick sale at a favorable price for all parties.
Would we use Karim and Equality Reality again? In a heartbeat.

I had been 'casually' looking for either a house or property to build on for about 4 years. Karim, of Equality Realty, was extremely patient with no pressure on us to make a move during the entire time. Finally, we found a home that was very well suited to our needs. Karim and Quan of Equality Realty were really outstanding in responding to our needs during several of the inevitable hiccups that occur during the purchase and sale of real estate. During the process we found ourselves needing good advise to make the right decisions and Karim did a fantastic job of guiding us with the right information so we could make the best informed decisions.

Although, I really don't think that I'll be in a position to buy and sell again, I would definitely wholeheartedly recommend Karim to anyone who is entering the market.

My wife and I were looking for a house about five years ago and Karim was our guy. Every house we looked at failed inspection and we never did find something that suited our needs. Karim was very professional and we drug him around to look at all those houses to no avail. We eventually purchased a home on the East coast to be closer to my wife’s family. Unfortunately, we were unable to include Karim in that sale, so he put in a TON of time and effort into us and he got nothing from it.

With recent issues due to my mother’s health, we had to move her into a more suitable arrangement and put her house on the market. I called Karim and he accepted the challenge of selling her mobile home in a 55+ park. We quickly found out this is no small feat! There are not a lot of candidates with regard to purchase of this home and it really comes down to a special few people who will even qualify for this purchase.
Karim did absolutely everything he possibly could to market this house and this unique situation and we just recently finalized the sale to a happy new buyer! Thanks to Karim with his special attention to detail and knowledge about marketing that this sale was made possible.
Karim is a great guy, he is very attentive and he will help you through every step of the process regardless of whether you are a seller or buyer.
I have no question that if Karim can sell my mom’s house that he can take care of all your needs!
