  I am a Physical Therapist and specialize in outpatient orthopedics. I have worked with a lot of trainers. I can tell you it is difficult to find a trainer that truly understands injuries, and how to progress patients. I have sent Kelvin patients recovering from various injuries and he has been nothing but professional and skilled. I have personally trained with him as well and I can't say enough about this man. He is the real deal!

  373 Degrees is an awesome gym. Kelvin (and everyone else who works there) is amazing.
  
  This place isn't like a regular gym... and that's the reason I worked out here. When you have an appointment, it's just you and your trainer (no one else is there). They have awesome equipment I haven't seen at any of the regular gyms (the Vaccustep, 3-d body scanner, Jacob's ladder, etc.) Which make the workouts fun and interesting.
  
  If you hate going to the gym, don't mind spending a little extra money, and want to get in shape, check this place out.

  Work with Purpose!
  Kelvin is improving my fitness week by week and I love it and I love my workouts. Every day is different - which makes it fun, not boring or predictable and he makes sure I'm engaging the correct muscle groups with each exercise.
  Kelvin absolutely works with what I am able to do. I have paralysis in my left arm (nerve damage due to a ski racing accident 40+ years ago) and with his knowledge of body movement, Kelvin has found ways to engage my atrophied muscles and I am getting some tone back. He's always thinking - "let's try this".
  Best of all, I am starting to feel athletic again and my body shape is changing. Kelvin got me ready for a ski trip to Chile in September and I'll keep with it. Thanks Kelvin!
