(May 2, 2022, 11:59 am)Blu Burgers & Bru is a perfect hidden gem right off Mukilteo Speedway. The staff are friendly and has a warm atmosphere inside compliment the burgers and sandwiches.
I had the “Spring Chicken” sandwich with a side of fries and strawberry milkshake. The sandwich was extremely well made with plenty of flavor, crispy bacon, and very fresh. The parmesan truffle fries where hot and perfect amount of flavor and not overwhelmingly cheesy. And possibly my favorite part, the strawberry milkshake was hands down, one of the best I’ve had in a while. Made with fresh strawberries, perfect thickness, and I’m almost certain homemade whipped cream.
Not crowded at all on a Friday evening. I 100% recommend this place and giving a well deserved 5 stars. Will be coming back soon.

(January 23, 2022, 1:59 pm)Sweet Caroline burger was so good! I was happy it had mustard based Carolina BBQ sauce, a rare find in the Seattle area. They had a good selection of brews and sufficient seating. Service was quick and staff was very helpful.

(December 20, 2021, 2:23 pm)Great little spot! Everything we ate was really tasty. I had the BBQ Burger and my wife had the mushroom burger. Both were outstanding. And for ~$11 a burger it felt really reasonable. The onion rings were also fantastic. The service we had was also very friendly and quick 🙂
