Carvel Apartments

I lived at Carvel apartments for a year and most certainly would have stayed longer if my family didn’t need me back in Oregon. They are quick to respond to any questions and concerns I had, always were professional with me, very helpful with recommendations when I had trouble finding a good moving company to pick up my furniture. The apartment itself was cozy and beautifully renovated, the location is so close to stores, banks, gas stations, etc. The power suddenly went out one day in the entire complex and management was right on it and had it up and running again in no time. They certainly made my living experience in Washington wonderful and memorable. Thank you Tsanai and Trista for always getting back to me so quickly with responses to anything I emailed about and for being so wonderful with my online payments. I highly recommend this place.

After moving across the country sight unseen to less than desireable circumstances, I happened upon the Carvel Apartment property in beautiful Mukilteo! The staff has been professional, kind and absolutely amazing! The apartment is quiet, well kept and beautiful. The location is wonderful with nearby parks and peaceful surroundings, hidden in a cute area within the hustle and bustle of Washington. My stay here was the best rental experience ever!

I just recently moved out after staying at Carvel apartments for almost 5 years. Management changed hands around 2019, and although I never had any issues with the previous management company, the existing management team really set a high bar for me, in terms of their offering a sense of community and safety. Every holiday, and other times at random, management would host community activities with giveaways such as pizza and a community cookbook. I have enjoyed living here and would recommend it to anyone in search of a safe and well-managed community.
