I reached out for service, and they responded within the hour. They promptly resolved my plumbing issue, even showing me the replaced parts. The invoice was reasonable, and they left promptly. It was a seamless experience - just how it should be! I'm thrilled with their service!

We had a plumbing issue at our new tavern. We called Stollwerck and Colin came right over and helped diagnose and repair, as well as share his knowledge for us for future needs and watch outs. JD & Christina have built a great business of trustworthy service and great prices. We are very glad to have them right down the street for any future needs!

We had an old washer that leaked, including in the walls, and a brand new washer installed that we thought would fix the problem. When it continued we called Stollwerck immediately and Colin arrived in a timely manner and was so knowledgeable, professional and friendly. We will be using Stollwerck for all our plumbing needs!

I was very pleased with them. Stollwerck Plumbing's crew were responsive, clear with the work being performed, and completed the repair in timely manner without having to schedule a return visit.

As noted in other reviews, it wasn't inexpensive but the level of service and professionalism was worth it.

And, when I spoke over the phone with J.D., he was clear about the cost of the diagnostic and, upon the completion of the diagnostic, that an flat rate would be charged once the repair was identified so there were no surprises.

I would use them again.

Update: 8/28/23
I had an issue with my Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV) at the house (leaking) and overall low water pressure. In June 2023 I called Stollwerck Plumbing again and they gave me a fair estimate to replace the PRV compared to two other plumbing service provider estimates. They sent Collin again which made me very happy since he was so knowledgeable and experienced and did such a great job fixing the water meter leak in March of 2022. JD, the owner, was very thorough in trouble-shooting the low water pressure. He even called the manager of the Everett Water Utility to ask them to check my water meter to make sure it was working correctly. JD was so professional and helpful and went the extra mile to get to bottom of my low water pressure issue - which turned out to be a city utility issue since I live at the top of a hill. I really appreciated his follow-up calls to me on my water issue. Collin installed the new PRV with no issues or leaks. Nearby plants were protected and clean-up was excellent. I trust Stollwerck Plumbing to do a quality job for a fair price.

3/16/22: I noticed a leak near my water meter about a week ago. I looked up Stollwerck Plumbing and they had great reviews. JD from Stollwerck promptly came to my home, assessed the situation and emailed me a written estimate that I approved via email. Shortly after, I was contacted to make a service appointment. Collin and Cecil showed up, quickly assessed the situation and were ready to work. They dug the access hole laying down a tarp to collect the dirt and keep the sod for reinstallation. I watched as they worked hard the entire time with no break. Collin was very experienced and knew what he was doing...taking care to not get any dirt or debris in the waterline. He also knew a lot about what parts to use and not use to implement the repair. Cecil, the apprentice, was knowledgeable about excavating and taking care not to damage the remaining waterline. Overall, these guys were pleasant and polite and didn't mind my questions as I learned about how to repair my main waterline. The entire task took about 3 hours. Result: A successful repair with no indications of any leak and a very satisfied customer. In addition, Stollwerck Plumbing sent me a thank-you card for my business and JD and the crew all signed it. Great customer service. Yeah, I'll call these guys again if I need to in the future.
