After purchasing an Orthodontic office I needed helping cleaning up the delinquent insurance accounts. Rachel and her team were able to integrate cohesively with my staff and communicated their results in a very organized manner. This type of service was exactly what I needed to help my staff get through the back log of insurance applications, etc. I highly recommend The Dental Butler to any dental/ortho office.

If I could give them 10 starts I would! I absolutely love working with The Dental Butler Team. Tracie and Rachel have done an incredible job making sure that our financials are accurate and up to date. We have had the pleasure of working with them since early 2020. You would never suspect that they are managing multiple accounts because they are always on standby whenever we need them. TDBT goes above and beyond their duties to make sure our office accounts are running smoothly. They are efficient but most importantly have wonderful personalities and bring humor to my work week. I highly recommend having them join your team. You will not regret it!

It has been an absolute pleasure working with Rachel, The Dental Butler! She goes above and beyond to make sure she is providing the very best services for my office. She truly is like an extension of our team and her knowledge and passion for what she does is very evident. Rachel does our insurance billing but she also provides so much more than you would expect from a remote insurance biller. She cares about my practice and will fight and work hard to make sure we are getting what we work so hard to provide. Our dental office had been looking for some help with billing and one of our doctors found Rachel and The Dental Butler team online. We signed up with them in June 2020 and it has been great!! Rachel has so much knowledge of dental billing and the ins and outs of insurance billing, it has helped so much. Our practice has been able to focus more on patient care. She sends us daily summaries of what we need to correct and it has ahelped our assistants and doctors chart more efficiently.
