Had him order a boat for me that had some issues from the manufacturer and he really came thru in the end and made sure I was happy. I purchased an Aire Tater IK from Rick. He was great to work with, a true professional. He is very knowledgeable of the industry and helped me with all of my questions. I purchased an Aire Super Puma and a fishing frame from Teroco. Rick was awesome to work with. Asked a ton of questions to understand my use of the raft and then educated me on what options worked best. Very communicative and worked to help me secure a trailer for the raft as well! One of the best customer experiences I've had which has been rare these days IMO!
