David P. came to fix the rattling noise we had in our fireplace. He inspected the unit, went above and beyond to bring in different tools to clean super hard to reach spaces, secured the unit (which was missed by 5 different technicians on previous annual inspections) and now it works great!
He was very informative, sweet and polite, even my dog liked him - and she doesn’t like just anyone!

Contacted Lifetime for electrical help in our home. They were able to get us scheduled quickly, their technician was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, & respectful of time, finances, & our home. Not only was he able to give us a great deal, but he was able to do the service he quoted right then & there (no waiting for parts, scheduling weeks out for installation, etc.) PLUS he backed up all his work with a warranty, permitting, & an immediate inspection. I was also given copies of all of these for my records (some companies conveniently don't have these or make you wait weeks to "send these out") This company is the real deal, above-board, & works to do right by their customers! Definitely will use them again & recommend them highly!

The service person was nice, on time, and professional. He figured out the issue quickly and got our heat pump system working again.

They charged $220 or so for the visit and diagnostic fee, which I thought was reasonable as Seattle goes. Replacing the part was a little expensive in my opinion, even factoring in the value of their expertise, convenience, and everything else, but we landed in a good place. Between the quality of service and speed of the fix I was happy overall and would use Lifetime again.

We continue to have excellent service with Lifetime Heating and Air. They installed our new furnace and come out for yearly maintenance. Tony and Paul are amazing! They repaired our AC unit so we could have a cool house again! Tony and Paul explained everything they were doing, showed me where the leak was coming from, and what was needed to fix it. I highly recommend Lifetime Heating to anyone.

Brandon and KC were very professional. They were on time, polite and maintained a clean work environment. Brandon communicated all work to be done thoroughly before every shift and ensured all was well before leaving after every shift. Definitely recommend them highly.
