Good vendors are hard to find in property management (and I have used MANY), but Crown Plumbing is a jewel!!! They are responsive, very fair with their pricing and they do excellent work. Everyone I've met is extremely pleasant to work with. They offer cost saving solutions whenever they can. Crown was referred to me by a friend who had a large home remodel job that Crown did. It was a good referral for the guest suite I'm building in my home. Dennis and two helpers worked with me while I did some of the "manual labor" to cut some concrete and dig a trench for a new water service line. They gave me a fair price, show up on time, were friendly, cleaned up after themselves and were timely getting the work done including being present for the building inspector. I'd definitely recommend Crown as well as use them again myself!
