Cady Landing Park, 40 Maple Avenue — Edson Cady, born around 1828, named this place. In the 1950s, the Snohomish Sportsmen Club rigged a rudimentary boat launch for access to the river, improved upon over the years until 2021, when the Pilchuck Julia boat launch was dedicated upstream. It’s a lovely recreation place. The trail was very good
Cady Park is a lovely Riverside Walk or boat launch depending on what part of it you take that has multiple entrances across first street of Snohomish and is a beautiful place to even just grab a quick bite to eat from downtown and walk down by the river to enjoy your meal. There's rabbits and squirrels down there to so enjoy. Restrooms are available on 1st Street and are near one of the many entrances. There's a small picnic area towards the bridge headed out of town too.
Nice quiet small park by the river. Access to the river. Good place to park and have a bit of lunch.
I love this Park, it's not big, but it's beautiful. My wedding pictures were even taken here. The river is right there, the train bridge is very picturesque, the river trail is a very nice walk, and it's usually very peaceful. I've never seen a homeless person or evidence of them here either.
