(July 20, 2021, 9:00 pm)Gail is amazing! I bought a suitcase for my little boy that was supposed to have his name on it. When it arrived it didn’t and I didn’t have time to send it back. I took it to another place first and they couldn’t do it. I emailed Gail and she said it sounded easy enough and to bring it in. She had my sons name on it in 10 minutes and it looks beautiful!

She does such great work, and is so nice! She handles all of our embroidery work for both shops, and I appreciate that she is quick, professional and does stellar work!
(July 4, 2019, 4:08 pm)I had to have embroidery work done on a apron, I called her on the 4th of July and I came in same day and she had it done for us in 10 minutes! The quality is amazing I don't think I could've gotten or asked for a better job done on this apron! I'm so happy with this definitely coming back to you in the future! Plus, She has great hospitality and nice cats!
