Bobby was amazing and always very accommodating. He had a great attitude and looks like he runs his butt off to make sure everything is done as needed. I would highly recommend going to him for any rental car needs.

Bobby at the Snohomish. WA office was very helpful! I rented an all wheel drive Mazda SUV. I reserved the car on the website. The car was available, clean, and reliable, I drove it through Stevens Pass while it was snowing.

Smooth experience with reservations and drop-off. I was 2 hours late for pickup so they gave my car to someone else. However, I received a decent replacement in 20 minutes, and was happy with the Dodge I rented for one week

I got into an accident and Enterprise in the next city picked me up and drove me to their location. I had a pleasant conversation with the driver and he even suggested that I look into Enterprise car sales if I was looking for new cars. I had planned to keep the car for only 1 day but then ended up using it another day. I simply called the location and they nicely approved me for one more day. At the end of my 2nd day, I ended up dropping my car off at a location 1 hr away with no issues. I am happily satisfied with how friendly and easy the return process was and I will always recommend Enterprise Rent A Car to everyone.
