Buying a home can be a little daunting and stressful, especially as first time buyers. We went in without working with a realtor initially, since we were just researching homes to look at. We saw a particular home that just spoke to us and was basically our dream home. How we ended up working with Mark, was the hubby contacted him via his listing sign in front of the property. Mark took us on and from start to finish, the whole experience was awesome. He was very timely in communicating via text or email. Mark was very patient, respectful, punctual, efficient, personable and professional. He is VERY knowledgeable about the greater Snohomish county area, the properties and an all around great person to work with. He's a very good listener, offering ideas, tips and referrals. He's not your typical realtor where once they hear the ding of their phone they check it or take the call. When he is with you, your time is your time and that personal touch is what separates Mark from others. He seriously helped make this process less stressful, and puts you at ease. While I can honestly say since I was a Licensed Realtor in the state of California, that Mark Gallagher is a highly recommended as well knowledgeable Realtor. Very patient person to work with, no pressure. Always answered all my questions. He was flexible with his schedule to show us homes. Overall, made our home buying process smooth and stress free. He's is great real estate broker and person. Would most definitely recommend Mark to anyone.

I’m not the most receptive person when it comes to meeting people in sales. I like to do some research first. We met Mark at an open house and he recommended a mortgage company to us. I followed up with research on both the mortgage company and Mark (from multiple sources) and both had glowing reviews. We decided to hire Mark as our agent and we’re super happy that we did. He did a great job figuring out a very picky couple with conflicting ideas about where we wanted to live. We found the perfect house and with some help from Mark, we got it for much less than expected, then managed to close early due to his mortgage recommendation.
