First of all, I don't write many Google reviews, and I almost never give 5 starts. IMHO, 5 stars means that the company "went the extra mile" for you, not just provided an adequate level of service. The staff at Clearview RV is terrific but I will say that I've had the best service when I go there in person or call on the phone.
So, here it is June, the busy season for RV service. What are the chances that I can get a new step system installed on my RV in the limited amount of time between my trips? I know that it's unlikely but it was worth going to Clearview to ask. So, the steps were "in stock" and could be at the dealer the next day. What are the chances that they can actually find the time to install my new steps? It's a quick job, so Clearview found time to squeeze me in between the other scheduled jobs.
Well, for whatever reason, the steps didn't arrive the next day as expected, but Leo called me to tell me that there'd be a one-day delay so that I didn't make an unnecessary trip to the dealer.
The following day, I arrive at Clearview prepared for a long wait with a latte, a book, and a chair so I can hang out. Well, luck was with me. The steps had just arrived on the truck, and Leo, bless his heart, began immediately installing my new steps. Within an hour, my new steps were installed; I had tested installing and removing the steps; I had paid for my new steps; and I was on my way! Thank you to Leo, Wes, and all the staff at Clearview for taking care of me!

We have always had a great experience with this company. Very prompt and friendly when we call. Service has been great. It takes a long time to get parts and we have to be patient getting in the Q after parts arrive. If we call and leave a message for service and they don’t return the call, we just try and contact them again. Have always come through for us and they do honest work.
Great staff very knowledgeable and they go out of their way to help you. I kind of like dealing with them because it's like dealing with Mom and Pop. I would recommend them
