“I had a great experience with this company and it’s staff. They were patient with me over the phone and helpful rescheduling my visit. When I came in for my eye appointment there was no line and I got my prescription within 10mins. (They accept Apple health insurance!!!). Also, I ended up buying some glasses online and bringing them here, and they got my prescribed lenses put in in about a weeks time. Will be back for future appointments!!”

The instructors were fantastic, knowledgeable and genuinely enjoy what they do. “I wish I could give more stars! We did the sun rise flight. Jay was absolutely amazing! We got the FULL experience! We got to help unpack and set up our balloon, and upon landing we helped pack it up (totally optional, and totally worth it to "jump in"). We landed in some random persons back pasture which added to the experience even more.. it was hilarious! Jay's helpers, Ashley and Ian were also great! The whole crew was funny, very informative and we had a nice get together at the end of our flight as well! Jay gave us a history lesson on hot air ballooning, we had some drinks and overall just talked about the experience. Will definitely go again! Loved our experience.”

“So lucky to find these guys when I started building up my JK Wrangler. Had some ideas coming in and Dana helped guide me in the right direction the whole way. Even with covid going on and having a busy shop, they got the work done in a very reasonable time. Everytime I called someone answered, everytime I came by service was quick and efficient. They also communicated very well through the whole process. After my initial visit, I needed to come back for a few other repairs and they got me in quickly once again. Dana even picked me up at a local car rental shop when I was stranded and couldn't get there to pick up my Jeep! Amazing service and quality work every time. “My mother had a stroke and went to this rehab center for recovery. I can’t say enough positive about the staff, from management to the caregivers. We were not allowed to visit indoors, but they communicated all aspect of my mother’s care. We were able to see mom through the window and watch her therapy sessions. Her therapy team was great. The head nurse, Brianna, was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. The caregivers were attentive and patient with my mom. With the help of that team she able to go to an assisted living facility. I would recommend this center to anyone needing this type of care. Thank you team Snohomish!”
