“This place rocks! They don't normally work on furniture, but I broke a glass panel on a hutch we have and gave them a call just on the hopes they could help. Luckily, the door with the panel was removable so Mark told me to bring it on in to take a look. I was really stressed because we were having a big party in 4 days. After a few minutes, they told me it would be no problem, even with the time constraint. I brought it in on a Tuesday, and they called me Thursday afternoon and said it was ready, a full day before the estimate. Not only that, but they used thicker, stronger glass. The opacity of the frost isn't exactly the same as the other door, but that's fine by me. They really came through for me in a pinch and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. “This location has been pretty consistent lately with their alignments. I used to have to come 2 or 3 times for the alignment to be perfect and dead on straight. Now it's just come in once and forget about it until it's time for my tire rotation. The staff is more welcoming than before and definitely very knowledgably. “Came in for a check engine light check and had some information reaffirmed as well as information on something new that was also related to my issue. They were great on all accounts as far as the diagnostic went. They also replaced my passenger window regulator and the window works great now, fast turn around too considering they were getting ready to take a long weekend for their new locations opening and had a limited window to get the parts delivered and installed. Very happy with my experience here, and I hate taking my vehicles to mechanics typically! “Nice experience at this location. The sales associate Maury was available if needed but was not overly so made me feel more comfortable than at other stores I visited. The delivery did have a hiccup I got a double when I should have had a Queen. I understand mistakes happen and I thought it would be a week or so in my experience in this pandemic with other companies. But the factory called me directly and they delivered the correct mattress that same afternoon. Kudos to the OMF for taking care of this immediately. As for the mattress its been all I could ask for and you can tell the sturdy and good construction and I also enjoy buying local and these are made in Marietta. I highly recommend the OMF if your in the market.”

“First of all, I don't write many Google reviews, and I almost never give 5 starts. IMHO, 5 stars means that the company "went the extra mile" for you, not just provided an adequate level of service. The staff at Clearview RV is terrific but I will say that I've had the best service when I go there in person or call on the phone. So, here it is June, the busy season for RV service. What are the chances that I can get a new step system installed on my RV in the limited amount of time between my trips? I know that it's unlikely but it was worth going to Clearview to ask. So, the steps were "in stock" and could be at the dealer the next day. What are the chances that they can actually find the time to install my new steps? It's a quick job, so Clearview found time to squeeze me in between the other scheduled jobs. Well, for whatever reason, the steps didn't arrive the next day as expected, but Leo called me to tell me that there'd be a one-day delay so that I didn't make an unnecessary trip to the dealer. The following day, I arrive at Clearview prepared for a long wait with a latte, a book, and a chair so I can hang out. Well, luck was with me. The steps had just arrived on the truck, and Leo, bless his heart, began immediately installing my new steps. Within an hour, my new steps were installed; I had tested installing and removing the steps; I had paid for my new steps; and I was on my way! Thank you to Leo, Wes, and all the staff at Clearview for taking care of me!”
