I've heard many great things about Rusty through some good friends. He contacted me within a timely manner. I told him exactly how much my father could afford monthly and what kind of coverage he needed. “I feel so sorry for some of the poor reviews. My mother and I have always had excellent experiences here. One time I had to take my mother in because she had been vomiting for weeks and they did all sorts of bloodwork on her. My mother calls me at 11pm at night because the doctor had called her telling her to rush to the ER because she was at risk for a heart attack if she didn't get an IV with vitamins in it. The fact that he was worried for her, was working that late and called her so late at night showed that he truly cares for his patients. The doctors have always worked on the side of caution as well and given me plenty of options to choose from when it comes to my young daughter and I. Explaining all the risks and complications when it comes to treatment. I have always received consistent care regardless of the doctor. The front desk is always great and are not always treated fairly by patients. Great respect to them too.”

“If you actually use it, the annual pass is the best way to go for families. My kids swim here regularly and I use the gym 1-2 times a week. They really need to make changes to update their gym though. More equipment, better equipment, better positioning of the equipment. There is one Smith machine and no barbells. There is one cable machine and it's crowded by other equipment. There is one leg press, basically one of everything.This is a VERY BASIC GYM. I only come here simply because my kids swim here and I'm d rather not pay for 2 gym memberships. Unfortunately, ALOT of people come here and hog the machines while using their phones. THEY ARE NOT WORKING OUT. Sometimes, people play their music loudly without headphones, AS IF EVERYONE WANTS TO HEAR IT TOO. Staff is never around during my visits.”

“I've been seeing Dr. West since 2000. I had to move to L.A. for two years and one of my regrets was having to give up Dr. West. As soon as I moved back to Seattle I immediately signed up to see him. I even talked my husband into seeing him (his PCP before that was Harborview Emergency). Dr. West spends as much time with you as is necessary. However, the thing that impressed me the most and why I have remained so loyal is that Dr. West isn't a "easy fix" kind of guy. His first instinct isn't pills but exercise, proper diet, mental health, etc. However, if medication is necessary he isn't afraid to prescribe it. The best thing I can say about him is that I've sent him several patients over the years and they all equally sing his praises.”

“I've had chronic back pain for years and have gone to numerous chiropractors whenever the pain becomes too bad. I got a groupon for an exam package with x-rays at Ace Corrective last summer, and it was one of the best things I've ever done. Even knowing I was on Medicaid and wouldn't be able to return without the groupon, the staff were so kind, helpful, and informative throughout the entire process. After performing the x-rays Dr. Joe discussed with me in detail the problems with my spine, hips, and posture that were causing a lot of my pain. He gave me tips for how to self-correct my posture, what newly engaged muscles I could expect temporary pain from, and stretches I could do to focus on specific areas of tension. 6 months later and it's amazing what a difference it's made. My posture is noticeably improved and the pain and stiffness never get anywhere near as bad as it used to. On top of all that I got an email from Ace Corrective offering me a complimentary adjustment for my birthday. This office is amazing and I cannot recommend enough!”

The shorter asain woman came RUNNING to me at the front door and quick as she could took Chew into the back. We were then brought to a private room within minutes and then called by the head Vet there. She was very compassionate. She clearly explained the facts, and her opinion of the choices we had to make for my dog. We ended up choosing euthanasia. Even though my heart is broken, I am so thankful we came here and not Diamond or some other place. The people here at VCA are incredible and they did all they could, and in the long run I will come back here in the future. I'll also be recommending anyone with an animal emergency come here first if they have an opening. Call ahead because if your pet is in dire straights, they will make room if they are able. Like they did for us that day. Thanks for your hard work and love! 😺 🐕”
