“I have been to several different PT clinics, with that there is no comparison to Alex and his staff... they have helped me recover from 3 surgeries. The facilities are clean and open and very easy to find. The care is beyond anything I have experienced in the medical field. The 1:1 treatment with PT is what I came to expect, not being pawned off to someone different that is looking in a folder and didn’t have much detail.. The focus on correct movement was need and helped me learn a lot about correct movement.”

“My grandpa lived at Sea View for the last two and a half years of his life (January 2019 – April 2021). When we toured there, one of the residents said that she could not imagine living anywhere else. I can now say that I agree 100% with this sentiment. My grandpa had dementia, as do most of the residents there. Due to this, it did take about 6-12 months before he stopped asking to return home with my grandma. During this transition, the adult family home owners, caregivers, and residents were all very patient and gracious. From day one, the owners worked with our family to tailor to our specific needs. From medication management to furniture to the sugar free syrup that my grandpa always requested, they always made sure that my grandpa was comfortable and well taken care of. When his caregiving needs increased, they worked with us so that he could stay in the home. During the first year of the pandemic, Sea View took every precaution to keep the home safe. Not one of the residents or caregivers got Covid (or was even hospitalized for any reason), which is a testament to their great and diligent care. I felt confident that if anything changed in my grandpa’s health, the owners would give me a call right away. As I work in the healthcare field and have visited a number of adult family homes, I have very high standards. Sea View provides exceptional care, but most importantly, it lives up to its name, as it truly is a family. My grandpa was surrounded by love during the last years of his life and I will be forever grateful.”

“Come for a great workout, stay for the community! I started regularly attending classes at Revelry about nine months ago and I have lost weight, gained muscle, and I feel amazing! For beginners there are "on-ramp" sessions with a coach to help get accustomed to some of the CrossFit movements. Then in the regular classes all workouts are scale-able to your fitness level. Nutrition coaching is also offered. All coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and provide excellent support during workouts. Plus everyone in class supports and encourages each other. Be prepared to make friends. The classes are so much fun!”

“I’m a Veteran with chronic knee pain. I love running ever since I was young. My primary care said I have arthritis of the knees and it will be difficult for me to run again. I asked for a PT referral from the VA and I ended up going to Sports PT in Lake Stevens. Dr. Hughes and his team did an amazing job in rehabilitating my knees. They were very engaged and reassuring in reaching my goals. Even the front desk secretary, Liz will make sure you are squared away with your appointments. There are times I didn’t want to show up to my appointment cause it hurts. Though I have to say, Dr. Hughes will provide you the tools you need, all you need to do is put in the work. I’m happy to say, after 15 sessions and extra work, I’m able to run again, pain free! I appreciate Dr. Hughes and his team of professionals who helped me recover from my knee pain. “Wow! What a phenomenal first impression. I haven't been to the dentist in two years and I felt right at home visiting Trio Dentistry. From my first interaction at the front desk to each stage of my exam, everyone seemed very happy and pleasant to work with. I went in for an exam and taking my x-rays was extremely prompt. The Dental Assistant was very knowledgeable and made sure I was comfortable during the process. Dr. Woo then examined me and was very thorough in documenting even the smallest of intricacies with my teeth ensuring we were set up for the correct type of cleaning. She answered any questions I had and helped me feel well informed about my teeth. Now luckily for me there was a cancellation for a cleaning for the time slot after mine and the team asked me if I would like to stay and get my cleaning completed on the same day! I said absolutely and the Dental Hygienist did the most amazing job doing a standard cleaning for me. I just took a look in a mirror and wow my teeth haven't looked this good in a very long time. Lastly in my first-time paperwork I completed online, I marked down that I wanted to look into getting braces. After inspecting my teeth the team at Trio Dentistry made an informed decision and referred me to a trusted Orthodontist! I was recommended Trio Dentistry by my sister and I am so glad I took her advice. I love how clean the office is, how the staff actually enjoy what they do, and how well taken care of I feel afterwards. “Dr. Ryan Bond goes ABOVE & BEYOND the call of duty. Best dentist ever, so kind, patient, accommodating, skilled...easy to talk to, always takes time to explain every detail, available for ANY question even on the weekends. He took care of my tooth abscess, which caused swelling & pain to spread from my gums to my jaw, lymph nodes & cheek. He fit me in right away, drained some of the infection, got me on antibiotics & removed my tooth, all in the span of 3 days. He gave me his personal cell #, saying I could text w/any questions--& I did! I'm afraid I asked way too many questions, worrying about every little thing. He always answered right away, always comforting & presenting information/assessment in the most positive light. I cannot recommend him more ESPECIALLY if you're afraid of dentists. Most dentists I know tend to be cold, matter of fact & fatalistic (dismissive, giving up) about my gum problems, making me feel awful about myself. I used to always come away from the experience slightly depressed. But you'll NEVER feel bad under Bond Family Dentistry care. His entire staff is just as caring, especially Chelsea -- the dental assistant I always ask for, because she also goes over & above. At my last extraction, she talked to me like a loving friend, sister, mom, going out of her way to calm me down, offering me a peppermint during a nervous coughing fit, preparing a gauze package on the spot when I told her our drive back home would take longer than 15 minutes-- just so I could change my gauze, slightly dampened, in the car. Even during COVID, they treat you like family, like a human being, not a burden or a price tag. That's why I go to Bond even after I moved out of the area.”
