Dr. Greg has created a culture among his staff that is caring and friendly even when so many patience's are not at their happiest due to dental pain when they arrive. He is quick to explain his actions while working your dental needs and has a genuine upbeat spirit that is contagious with his staff. I recently broke a molar and was horrified with thoughts of it being irreparable since it had fillings and other prior work done. Dr. Greg was quick to explain in detail that it was still a sound tooth and could be easily fixed. His assistant did an awesome job putting a temporary repair so I could eat and function without pain until the permanent fix was completed. I over heard him working with a young child and his ability to keep them calm and not terrified was a joy to listen to. Highly recommend Sound Family Dentistry..”

“My journey with club Pilates and Bothell began in 2021. I tried many workouts, gym memberships, and never stuck with anything. I pretty much instantly fell in love with Pilates! I really borderline became addicted. The instructors are amazing. There’s a good variety of classes but here is why I really give it a five star review. January 26, 2022 I was in a bad snowmobile accident and broke my entire rib cage. My account was put on hold. Now normally you wouldn’t have your account put on hold for 11 months, but that is exactly what Paige did. Not only did she put my account on hold for my entire recovery, but also checked in with me every month to see how I was doing. So much compassion and care, when I returned after 11 months, I was nervous and very out of shape. I was welcomed with open arms and given tons of support Kari, Emily, and Nessa are all so wonderful. Kari gives me so much encouragement, even when I feel like I need to slow way down. I never feel pressured and it’s the type of place where you truly can work at your own pace. “I was having back pain & the word that kept coming to my friends mind was Reflexology. So I listened to the word of knowledge she got & looked into it. I scrolled through a couple places but Serenity Sole Reflexology caught my eye. Gretchen called me and talked with me on the phone for 27 minutes between asking me how I heard about Reflexology and a few other questions. She even took the time to talk to me about what Reflexology is truly about. I was in awh. When I had my appointment, she took notes as to what I was looking for and then I let her goto work. I have struggled with being relaxed in the past with things, but not here...not this appointment. I told myself to relax and I allowed myself to trust her with what she was doing. She asked me a few questions based off of the beginning of what my feet looked like and just the beginning touches of it. And at the end she was able to tell me based off what she felt on my feet exactly some of the things I have been struggling with in my body. Spot on. By the end of the appointment, I was still awake, but I was so relaxed that I lifted my head but my body wouldn't move for a moment. It was amazing. I'm definitely coming back to see Gretchen and I will be recommending my friends. I look forward to many more sessions and understanding a little more about my body and allowing Gretchen to help me work through it. The atmosphere is peaceful, the music is soothing. Her voice is gentle and calm and her hands are soft. This appointment Blessed me.”
