“Jim is the kind of mechanic that you might think no longer exists: friendly, professional, easy to contact, fairly priced. An absolutely dream to work with. I texted him in the afternoon and told him about our car problems and he said to bring it in right away. He waited late while I brought it over in the evening and then made sure I had a ride coming to pick me up. The car was diagnosed the next morning and fixed by the afternoon. “I was told that it would be a few weeks before the work could be done as the shop had a lot of work in inventory. It was about four week after I dropped it off that work started. I provided an engine block and a completley machined and assembled head. The rest of the work and assembly was done in the shop. In the end I was very pleased at the work done. If your not in a hurry this shops experience is very high. Be prepared to drop off your work and wait for a few weeks. Still gets a good review from me because of the quality of the work.”

“I have been to this shop a few times and they truly are honest, good people. I had a misfire in my engine the other day and didn't have time to mess around with it myself and gave them a call. While they were pretty busy, Tony told me to drop it off and they would work it in. He called me back the next morning and it was done and running like new that afternoon. In addition, when I have been there or called him in the past, he has always offered honest advice and guidance on how I can fix something myself to save money. “I came in after getting a flat on the highway. I didn't have an appointment but the person who helped checked my tire out and said they could fix it but it would take awhile because they were slammed. It ended up being about an hour later and I got a call that it was unrepearable and I would need to get a new tire. Thankfully they had one left and prorated the mileage for the new tire (I got the new tires in november) so it came out to be 50 dollars. Another hour to install the new tire and I was on my way. I really appreciate the warranty and communicating with me that the tire it turned out couldn't be fixed and let me make a decision on what I wanted to do.”
