“Samuel did an amazing job! He loves what he's doing and you can see that through his work/work ethics. He is very thorough. I put a ticket in for my laundry washer/dryer and i also had a problem with a leaky faucet and he fixed up everything in one go! When he finished up with his work i also mention that the lights outside my door were burned out and he fixed it right up the very next day!! Which i really appreciate. The last time the light burned out it took a week for someone to get to it, so thanks again Samuel for being on top of it! 👍”

“I called Merriman plumbing to fix a leaking kitchen faucet. Dave advised me it was an easy fix and he thought I could do myself. I was able to fix the faucet with just an Allen wrench. I have used Merriman plumbing several times. The prices are very reasonable. Last year I had new floors installed in my bathrooms and they had to take the toilets out. Dave came with very little notice and reset the toilets shortly after the floor guys had left. I highly recommend Merriman plumbing.”

“I went in to get a windshield replacement on my 2022 X5. Overall it was an “OK” quality job. While the sensors and everything seem to function just fine, there are some scratches where top of the windshield meets the painted body. I can see some consistent tool marks on the paint and those marks have left damaged spots that can’t be buffed off. Not much of a big deal since they’re kind of small, but they could’ve been more cautious. See pictures. As for the price, I paid $3780 with tax for a cracked windshield replacement. $1700 of this was the oem glass itself, rest is labor and miscellaneous parts (trims, moldings, clips, and the rain sensor for some reason). While this is expensive compared to third party glass shops, it seems to be more or less in line with the other BMW dealers I got quoted from (lowest quote was $500 cheaper, there were some that were higher). My service advisor was Kurt, he was very professional and friendly.”
