“Called on a Sunday after I discovered water backing up into both tubs from doing laundry thinking this might be a clogged septic line. Dave took the time to talk me through how to find a pipe that might be clogged. I called him back because I couldn't locate it and he was enjoying a day off at the lake and said he would come take a look at it. It turned out not to be a septic issue but a clog somewhere in the house so needed a plumber instead. He didn't charge me much to come all the way out here on his day off. Great guy and very knowledgeable. I hope to never have any septic issues but if I do I will definitely be calling Arrow Septic !”

“On December 6 we asked Done Right Plumbing to come out and move our hot and cold water pipes from one wall to another. We also asked them to prepare the drain pipe for a tile base. The price was right, quality of equipment met my expectations and the guys were professional and friendly. It was a pleasure doing business for the most part. But, when they installed the new valve, they forgot to do something that apparently affected the other shower in on this floor of our home. For a week we were taking cold showers. I thought it was just a quark that would work itself out and then we had to leave out of town for the weekend. Monday the 13 we called and asked them to come just double check that it was good. They sent a team right away. The problem was identified and fixed quickly. We tested the new valve to make sure hot was coming out. We also checked the other shower to make sure my family would be happy. All is good now. Would liked to have done without the cold showers though.”
