“I've had a very positive experience with the Craig's team: Doug, Joe and Lisa. My hot tub main power box and heater tube, were both in need of serious trouble shooting and replacement. Location was The Woods, WV. Although it took awhile to get the heater replacement part in, the work crew went over and beyond in very hot and stormy weather conditions. BOTTOM LINE: If you have any home, pool, or spa (hot tub) issue, call Craig's Electrical FIRST. My initial service call to my hot tub vendor was a waste of time and money. Thanks again to the Craig's team for addressing a multitude of electrical issues, plus their pricing was very reasonable, considering the level of effort required to complete the job. I WOULD DEFINITELY HIGHLY RECOMMEND.”
