(February 20, 2019, 2:29 pm)Recently bought a used vehicle from Parsons and had an issue that was not covered by the extended warranty. To my surprise the General Manager told the Service Dept that Parsons would still cover it! That is amazing service! I am extremely pleased and they have won a repeat customer here! From the time I sat down to talk with them about a vehicle until now, they have provided an excellent experience!

(February 9, 2019, 12:14 pm)I received a recall notice on my Escape and called Parsons Ford to see if they could look at my car. They were very nice and made sure I could get in quickly for the repairs. They were even able able to accommodate me when I was running late.
(February 8, 2019, 1:13 pm)Ryan, Gary and Fred Parsons made the experience a smooth and enjoyable one. I bought a vehicle from their used car selection and the added peace of mind knowing it came from a reputable long-standing dealership is great as well.
