“I had a remote start installed in my KIA Sportage a little over a week ago. From start to finish the experience was wonderful. The guys in the shop were friendly, they had my order ready to go and pulled my car in as I was leaving. They called me a few hours later to let me know my car was done and could stop by at my convenience to pick it up. When picking up my car, they explained what they did and went over the invoice with me. Also provided me with instructions for my remote start that I can carry in my wallet and also left one in my vehicle. With the weather the way it has been, I'm a happy lady getting into my nice, warm car after a long day at the office. Highly recommend Trick Trucks to anyone for their vehicle needs!”

I immediately began searching Martinsburg WV auto repair shops on Google concerned about blindly calling an auto repair company I did not know. Upon an assessment of the car this group of auto repair professionals actually would not let our daughter drive the car away from their shop. “Good mechanics are hard to find but ones that are good and honest are few & far between. Extreme may be a small shop but they are honest, knowledgeable & they go out of their way to help their customers. The owner may not look like your typical mechanic but never judge a book by it's cover. We have had nothing but great experiences with them on several occasions. I have seen them go out of their way to help customers & that is something you don't see everyday. After reading the other review, I would like to hear the mechanics version of what happened. As the customer stated he has an unusual car so common sense dictates that the availability of parts for that car would have to be special ordered, which takes time. As far as saying the shop couldn't give an estimate without "checking it first" sounds quite logical to me. Obviously they can't give an estimate without checking the car, would you ask a doctor to diagnose you without examining you first? Extreme Auto has always done quality work at affordable prices for myself & for everyone I know that goes there. I wish more people would write an online review when they are pleased, not just when they want to complain.”

“I'm sure that most reviews for any service related to a punishment are going to be bad. Try to be fair and accept an individual location or service for what it is - and separate it from your entire experience since the trouble you got yourself in to. Having an interlock sucks, having driving restrictions sucks, and spending the kind of money necessary to continue driving with these stipulations sucks... BUT if you find yourself in these circumstances, there is no better location I could recommend for your interlock servicing. I started my interlock period in Northern Virginia, and went to multiple servicing locations trying to find a place where the technicians weren't just A-holes who only cared about the money you're bringing them. I went from Sterling to Manassas to Maryland to West Virginia until I finally found this place. The tech there is a down-to-earth and friendly guy. He will work with you on scheduling, doesn't get judgmental, and does his job well. Most places I went to had unrealistic expectations for scheduling calibrations, and took forever to get it done regardless if you showed up on time or early. This location & the technician they have there were an absolute godsend, and even coming from Sterling VA the service here is well worth the trip. If you have a Smart Start interlock, I don't care if it's an extra hour and a half on the road - this location is the place to go.”
