“Terrible store, wonderful employee! I went in looking for something that I needed urgently and couldn't find it. I asked one employee who completely ignored me! I then went to who I thought was the manager but was just another random employee, her name was Sara. She managed to help me find what I need and told me if I ever needed anything again then to come find her personally. I have never in my life seen such a polite young person hold herself the way she did. So if you read this, Sara, thank you so much for helping me the other day, I really appreciate it!”

“This Rock's location is great! They have everything...gas, convenience store and s Subway. The employees are always friendly and try to get to know frequenters. Their restrooms have always been very clean when I have entered them. This location is convenient for me but sometimes I go put of my way to use this store even though I passed many other places. The prices are fair as well. I would give it 5 stars but this b is Martinsburg. ”
