Lisa Noble, DO

I was reading all these past reviews on here and was shocked. If there was a problem if has to have been solved. We have been bringing my son to Dr Noble the last few years and have never had an issue getting him in in a reasonable amount of time, or having someone answer the phone when we call. I think her office staff is just as wonderful as she is. Literally the only problem I have ever had is one of the staff will tell us she’ll get our co-pay on the way out. Then she leaves for the day before we are done with the appointment and no one else seems to know how to take it. But honestly that’s happened maybe twice and we have fairly frequent visits. I hope these old reviews don’t deter anyone from taking their kids to one of the kindest Dr’s in the area.

I love everything and everyone there except STACY. She's the worst to deal with and the slowest and most useless employee there. If Rachel answers or is there. She at least says "please hold for a sec". Stacy let's the phone ring for 15 mins and then answers abruptly like "HELLO!!! WHAT DO U NEED TODAY???"... I understand not everything is perfect and they're busy.... but there's a way to b3 decent and polite... she has none of that. She also doesn't care. If Rachel works and I explain the same issues my son deals with constantly she says bring him in immediately today. If Stacy is working I'll tell her. Dr noble specifically told me to call on Monday to get him back in on Monday if he's still having fevers after the meds are finished... and she goes "I make the scheduling... Dr noble didn't tell me that so I'll schedule u for another day???" Like excuse me? Lmao... I'm not even mad. But it's like. If u can't care and be decent in that job field, at a child's doctor office. Then quit and work somewhere else!!!!!!

Dr Noble and her staff are the best around. My kid is only a year old but has had countless visits to their office for one thing or another. They always work him into the schedule when we call. Everyone is so unbelievably friendly. Stacey, Rachel, Kristen, Hannah, and Dr Noble are the dream team. I would recommend them to anyone

Love Dr. Noble! My son passed away last year from a doctor being lazy and not doing her job correctly. He had whooping cough that turned into pneumonia (he was not even 3 months old) and we wanted to switch doctors immediately after because I hate the other doc. Well dr. Nobles office was full but when I told her the situation she opened her arms and brought is in. And has been absolutely amazing and caring. And she knows I have fears and is always onto of everything ♡♡♡ yes there is a long wait but absolutely worth it

Dr Noble is amazing with my special needs son & will see my son in emergency cases when I call. Her staff is also amazing & are very understanding of his special needs. They get right on the floor with him if need be. I couldn't ask for a better team to help me especially when he is sick.
