Kroger

Overall I love this store but today Sunday March 12th at 2:38 pm I wanted someone from customer service there was a sign up that said it was temporarily closed...30 minutes later a woman showed up saying she was heading on break...and would be back in 30 minutes....really how do you need a break from a position you haven't been working. It was a real black mark for me... customer service should be manned during the appropriate hours period.

First time doing pickup at this location. The spots are set up a little different but the process was easy and fairly fast. (Pickup around 4:45pm on a Sunday)
I'm not a fan of pickups because of they don't have something you don't know until last minute, so that is a downfall because if you are planning a meal you might not get everything you need.
Other then that, service was great and prices were good!

I wiiiiiiish we had a Kroger in Pittsburgh. We stopped on the way back from a dinner because we we told it was a location that sold a certain Pringle.
I saw they had the vegan hotdogs I buy elsewhere, so that was a good thing!!

I gave it 4 stars because yes I loved it and got a few items but it's hit or miss on prices. Sure its clean as heck inside but I live on a budget and there are some times admitting a super center is where things have to be purchased to save..... I have no problem with that.

I also don't like stores that require you to get a little plastic card just for the sale prices. I like the prices to be the same every visit.

With that said, it sure is a beautiful store. If I lived closer, I'm sure I would stop for an item or two here and there just for a change of scenery.
