I do not go to see a doctor often, evenso...this IS the place to go!!! From sign in to check out...the service is professional, personable and wait time reasonable. The doctors I have seen are exceptional and, bedside manners are a refreshing and positive change from many.
I took my 4 year old in today. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and well-kept. We ended up seeing the Nurse Practitioner (Tammy Martin) and she was wonderful.
Everyone was nice and the place was clean. We went in for a non-emergency—my son had a skin irritation that his school wanted examined. I understand that we were not a priority but it took a long, long time to be seen. It wasn’t terribly crowded, either, but we were there for over an hour. It was annoying but I would still come here for future needs because they are clearly competent and kind.
Dr. Rajah CALLED US TO GIVE US LAB RESULTS within hours. She was responsive, insightful, and totally tuned in to our concerns. We are so happy and reassured that we have this wonderful resource so close by. Entire staff was great. Kudos.
Today was the first time I have ever e been here. I registered online and was immediately registered upon walking through the door by a friendly representative. I sat no more than 2 minutes before being brought back. When the nurse was finished I again waited no more than 2 minutes for the PA.
I was in and out in about 20 minutes! Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend this facility! I wait longer at the doctor's office!
