  A beautiful place to take a walk. There is a overlook of the Shenandoah River. A lot of history.

  Part of Harpers Ferry National Park. Beautiful and historic park that sits on the border of three states, along two rivers - no wonder it played a vital role in the Civil War. NPS guides were so helpful and knowledgeable. We had a lovely day waking trails to scenic overlooks and historically relevant places. The trails were gravel and easy to walk.

  Easy hike for the family with a great Vista of the Shenandoah River. Signage is informative about the historical significance. You have to know what you are looking for to see trail markigs, but it is well maintained so there is no chance of veering off course.
