“Stepping inside, this location is on par with most other sites in terms of item availability and choice selection. However, the store presented itself as quite clean. In my checkout process, the clerk was so friendly and immediately recommended me great deals with the 7-Eleven program for free while applying my current transaction to start the process for me. This is one of the few convenience stores in the area that offer liquor, instead of just beer.”

Everything we ordered was great: thick french toast, biscuits and sausage gravy, crispy bacon and the potatoes come either sliced, cubed or shredded. They were perfectly fried. “For what the apartments offer, being a tenant here is very much worth looking into. The apartments are certainly nice for the price asked for. Most of the apartments here are 1BR/1BA, but the two that are larger have been held for quite some time. Rent is very cheap (my payment is $650/mo) for what is provided and when accounting for the convenience in its location. There are no strict leases and payment is month-to-month, so apartments come and go quite often. As for parking, a small side lot with about ten spaces is present in addition to a larger gravel lot further down from the building. A basement with laundry utilities is also for use, and no one has voiced any concerns to my locking my bikes in there either throughout the year. There are two small drawbacks, though. Being situated right along town's main street, a fair amount of nightime activity from impoverished individuals is experienced. Sometimes local authorities may be called, but these experiences have never put me at risk or have even seen my involvement. The second drawback is minor, and it relates to the laundry room available in the basement. Two washers and one working dryer are available for use. However, the dryer rarely works for me. Almost always now, I will wash my clothes for a quarter and then simply drive the quarter-mile to a laundromat for drying.”

“I just stopped in here to pick up lunch and I have to say I am very impressed! The place was neat and tidy and the staff was friendly and helpful. Now on to the important part; the food! The ribs were perfectly seasoned and smoked and the meat fell right off the bone. Magnificent! The pulled pork was tender and tasty and the brisket was really good too! Each of the homemade sauces were a wonderful addition to the already mouth watering flavors of the smoked meats. All of the sides I tried were great as well, especially the baked beans! All in all, it was a very good meal served by some very nice folks! I definitely recommend this place if you're in the mood for some good barbecue.”

“While walking around downtown I came across this fun little shop. The prices are high as you would likely expect but the selection of interesting items was worth the visit. I've been back twice and unfortunately the turn over rate for items in the shop is pretty slow so it'll be 99% the same stuff next month. That bring said if your in the area it's worth a visit.”
