I called around to a few Sprint stores in the area trying to find someone who would actually help my grandparents with their cellphone, and Mason was the only person who took the time to ask me about the problems they were experiencing and offered to really sit down and check everything out for them. They went to see him and he really did take the time to check everything and was able to fix the problem!
After visiting other Sprint stores closer to them multiple times this week, and getting absolutely no helpful feedback, I was so grateful to know that they were able to see someone who took the time to listen and help instead of pushing a new phone.
So if you need help and you're in this area, I would absolutely recommend asking for Mason!
