“I came in as a walk in on a Saturday, got there about 11 to a full busy parking lot.....hoping to get worked in, I walked down to Billy's for an excellent breakfast, and by the time I walked back, 10 minutes walk, max, my truck was already almost done. “l had a scheduled oil change done and it went very well. I had asked them if they would rotate the tires on my truck, front to back...*IF* the back tires had better tread than the front. I explained I had front wheel drive, and therefore wanted the tires with the best tread, up front. They came and told me the tires with the best tread were already on the front so the tires were left in place. Only problem is... It was my mistake. My truck is *rear* wheel drive. They should have known this and the tires with the better tread should have been rotated to the back.”

“First time stopping in since the opening. Very clean, organized and convenient. There is a 4 kiosk ordering hub right when you walk in the door, you order any made to order food there, pay at the cashier then go to food counter to pick up your food. This is something new to the area as Coen is more Pittsburgh based. I'm sure we will all get used to the new way of ordering, it was a very easy, touch screen system with pictures and descriptions of the items. They have pizza, fried chicken and other easy to grab snacks and drinks, including convenience items you would expect at a gas station. The 2 ladies working were friendly and helpful. The chicken, mashed potatoes, Cole slaw, potato salad and rolls were very good.”

“Service at Jom Robinson Lincoln was awesome. Technicians are very knowledgeable and professional along with warm and friendly...showing genuine care for customers. The dealership, on the other hand, could not or would not provide a vehicle to drive. That's always been one of the reasons to pay more to use a dealership for service...even Hyundai used to give me a loaner when I was in for service, who would imagine that Lincoln would not. Everyone is always asking me whether.ir not a tech or rep is doing their job...they almost always are...but Noone asks me about the upper management...that's usually a different story. My rating is for the service personnel only...upper management needs to relax over the almighty dollar and give people something to drive.”

“I travel all over the country over 300 nights a year and have seen my share of Laundromats. This one is top of the list. Clean, ATM, Change machine with a convenience store next door and the prices are very reasonable. Also has a running stream outside with plenty of birds. Great spot to read with a coffee while doing laundry. If I'm working within 50 miles of here again or even passing through, I'll make the trip to be back.”

There computer system for checkout is off so some of the books that are marked buy 2 get 1 will not ring up that way so check your recipe. We had to correct two sets of errors that were advertised but did not ring up correctly. Staff was very helpful and polite with all.”
