Moving is stressful to begin with. Mr. Don made the whole experience easy. He had my truck & equipment ready as promised. He is a gentlemen and ensures things go as smoothly as possible. The truck wasn't the best, but that isn't Mr. Don's doing, that was Budget. As far as customer service, it was great.
Moving is stressful!!!! Thankfully one thing that didn't add to that stress was renting the truck at Wheeling Budget. Mr. Don was helpful, friendly and polite . The truck was ready on time, the pads were there and everything went smooth. The truck had seen better days, but that wasn't the agency's fault that was Budgets fault. This location was perfect for my needs and I couldn't have asked for better customer service. The drop off agent was also helpful and polite. All in all, way cheaper than U-Haul and a good experience, use Budget not U-Haul for your one way moves!!! Thanks Mr. Don!!
