We live in an older house, and sometimes it is hard to find replacement parts when things need fixed. Twice in the last month, Nau's has been able to not only identify and procure the parts we needed, but actually had them in stock. This makes all the difference when you are already stressed because something is broken and needs fixing. On top of that, the staff is kind, helpful and know the products they are working with, PLUS we get to support local business by shopping there. It's a win-win for us!
