The girl that interviewed me was kind and efficient and the security guard was also kind and helpful.
Although their touch screen sign in terminal wasn't working properly and I think using touch screens during a pandemic is bad practice.
However the place is designed like a prison intake room.
From the cold grey paint to the hard steel benches and steel chairs they make you set on.
And NONE of them are ADA approved height so setting down then getting up is extremely difficult for anyone truly disabled.
And they provide no scooters or wheel chairs.
And although I am barely able to walk, I was forced to walk to one of the furthest booths away which left me in severe pain and not able to move by the time I got back home

Went in without an appointment and the security guard was very polite and kind. Was called in within 5 minutes and Deb helped us all the way and was extremely kind and helpful throughout our interaction.

Husband and I stopped in today without an appointment. Very nice and friendly security guard who helped us sign in and we only waited 3 minutes before called upon. The young man who took care of both of us was very professional and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions.
The only complaint I had was the continued requirement of mask wearing while the rest of the country is now mask free and we have both been triple vaccinated.
