Wheeling Hospital Urgent Care

Yesterday was my first time at this urgent care. Amazing staff. They got me in right away. I saw Scott Miller and he promptly addressed all of my concerns and was very nice. Great sense of humor as well, which made the visit more comfortable.

Based on my experience, I will be returning to this facility for any future care needs.

Cut my finger on a piece of tin after Ohio Valleys bad storms. From check in, to triage and administration , to treatment every step I was treated with respect and care. During treatment the nurse practitioner who took care of me explained exactly what needed to be done because the cut was way deeper that I thought. He cleaned the wound and stitched it up! Hope I never have to go back but if necessary I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to this facility.

This is the best Urgent Care around!!!! The Doctor and nurses go above and beyond to actually listen and resolve issues to the best of their abilities! Front end staff is also very friendly and helpful. I have not felt like a patient, and not a number, in a very long time! Here, you are a patient! A real person, with real feelings, and a life to get back to. All the staff here does their best to not only get you feeling better, but feeling your best!
