best service i’ve found for storage. location is perfect and the communication was absolutely perfect. only request i want is please add a little more gravel to the lot so it’s not so much a drop off going into the unit but that’s not a deal breaker. i was still able to back my boat right in. i’ll be keeping this unit for a long time.

Clean units, very secure, well maintained and lite at night! The on online process for acquiring a unit isn’t too hard to complete either.

Arturo Met me at the sheds and showed me some different units and answered all my questions. I quickly found the unit that fit my needs. I called Zach at KO storage call center and he answered all my questions and got me all set up and ready to move into my new unit. Everyone was so helpful and extremely friendly and easy to work with.

Victoria was very helpful and patient with me while we took care of my rent and set up an additional unit. Outstanding customer service in a time that is usually void of the human touch. Thank you very much.
