For a variety of reasons I have had the blessing of being able to call Geoff Lorenz my lawyer. No matter the work that is needed, Geoff has come through. Whether it be writing Offers to Purchase for Real Estate, following through on inspections, city compliance mandates, working with sellers, banks, and everyone else involved in closing the deal, Geoff has fought for us and made it work. Back in late March Rachel and I were blessed to be able to close on a rental property that we had been looking at for months.
