He put up traps and a critter detector set up with an extension ladder under second floor eave on the same visit. We were lucky that the critters were gone. He removed the traps and made a permanent patch in the gap in the soffit vent. Very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. He will be the first place I call when I have another critter issue.
